Price by scope
After the free document check, you receive a quote in EUR for the confirmed translation scope. Only what is translated is charged; with selective translation, only the selected parts of the text.
Pricing
You pay per translation, not per head.
Every order has its price, and you see it before you accept. No subscription, no minimum term, no quota. A minimum price of €0.99 net per order applies, plus VAT where applicable.
How we charge
All included
Translation, language revision and automated quality checks are included. We fix deviations from your requirements free of charge, even after delivery; small change requests within the first 30 days are also free of charge as a goodwill gesture.
A binding price
Review the quoted price and delivery deadline before ordering. The confirmed price applies even if technical rework is needed. Quoted prices are net, plus VAT where applicable. If the basis of the calculation changes before acceptance, such as the translation scope, you receive a new quote.

Questions about pricing
What is the minimum cost of an order?
A minimum price of €0.99 net applies per order. Short texts therefore usually cost exactly this amount.
Are there costs beyond the quoted price?
No. The quoted price includes translation, revision and quality checks. For change requests after delivery, we quote a fixed price in advance, and human additional services are only agreed separately at your request.
What happens if I cancel an order?
No charge applies before production. After that, the cancellation rules accepted with your quote apply; details are under “Refunds & cancellation”.
Balance in EUR – currently in a closed pilot
In the closed pilot, top-ups and order payments are tested using test balances and test payments only. Quotes and balances are in EUR. When you place an order, the confirmed amount is reserved; the charge and any released balance are shown with the order. Real payments will only be offered after public activation.
Terms before the first top-up
Before real top-ups become available, we will publish minimum and maximum amounts, tax information and the rules on validity, unused balance, refund method and refund timing. Free trial balance will be treated separately from purchased balance. No balance can be purchased on this page yet.
Planned permitted use
The planned usage balance is tied to your account and cannot be transferred to another account. It can only be used for fully automated document translation within Localizer. It cannot be used for purchases from third parties, human services or general payment purposes. The applicable refund rules remain unaffected.
Planned payment processing
Top-ups for approved pilot accounts use a hosted test checkout. Payment details are entered directly with the payment service; Localizer does not store full card details. For the future paid service, the payment provider, seller, available payment methods and all payment terms will be identified before activation.
