About us
Localizer is made by zappmedia GmbH in Berlin. For more than 30 years we have been localising software, documentation and marketing for companies and institutions, and for more than 25 years we have been developing software for the language industry. Localizer brings both together.
We know localisation from everyday project work: translation, terminology, foreign-language typesetting, software localisation. We often developed the tools for it ourselves. Localizer is the result: the knowledge from tens of thousands of projects in one tool that any team can use without prior knowledge.
Localizer is backed by a team of localisation specialists. If a text needs more than a checked AI translation, our specialists take over on request: specialist editing, certified translations, terminology work, foreign-language typesetting and subtitles.
The quality management system of zappmedia GmbH has been certified to ISO 9001 since 2006. Our information security management is set up in compliance with ISO 27001.
