Your browser encrypts documents before uploading them. Transfers only run over encrypted connections.
Data processing under the GDPR
If your documents contain personal data, we process it on your instructions on the basis of an agreement under Art. 28 GDPR.
Safeguarded transfers
Our agreements with AI providers outside the EU provide for EU standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
Access for authorised people only
Only authorised users and the people and services required for processing, operation and support have access. When you contact support, you decide whether they may view your documents.
You stay in control
Export sources and results as a ZIP, delete orders you no longer need and close your account whenever you want. Access ends immediately on deletion.
No trackers
We do not use advertising trackers or analytics tools in the portal. Signing in only needs a necessary session cookie.
